Wodner Hub provides:

• VPN access (encrypted tunneling services)
• Proxy plans (datacenter and rotating residential proxies)
• Custom automation bots (Telegram, Discord, and other platforms)

All services are provided for lawful use only. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction and the terms of any third-party platform you interact with.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services for:

• Any illegal activity under applicable law
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or phishing
• Credential abuse, account takeover, or unauthorized access
• Distributing malware, ransomware, or harmful code
• Scraping in violation of third-party terms of service
• Harassment, abuse, or harm to any person or organization
• Any activity that violates Telegram, Discord, or other platform terms

Violation will result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Payment & Delivery

Prices are listed in USD ($). Payment is confirmed via Telegram or email before delivery. Accepted methods: cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH) and PayPal. Digital access is delivered within minutes of payment confirmation. Custom bot projects may require milestone-based delivery.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Digital access is generally non-refundable once delivered.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wodner Hub is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. In no event shall Wodner Hub be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding month.

7. Privacy

Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved in good faith between the parties.
